Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Pulse News apps and website, operated by Pulse News Company. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Pulse News shows headlines and links to news articles about topics you choose, found through Google News. Articles belong to their publishers and open on the publishers' websites; we do not host, edit or endorse their content and are not responsible for it. The service is free and provided as it is, and features may change or end.
Your account
Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts created with a username and password cannot be recovered by email; if you lose access, contact us. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or bypass its security, no automated mass access or scraping, no use that disrupts it for others, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
No warranty and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the accuracy or availability of news content from third parties.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
